Our leadership team has local government experience (working within government) and includes two co-founders - each with almost 20 years of experience leading successful e-government projects.

Executive Team

eGov's Leadership Team works together to provide first-class solutions and services to more than 500 clients nationwide. All members of the Executive Team have first-hand experience working within local government organizations. 

Skeets James - Chief Executive Officer

  • CPA with extensive leadership experience in several industries
  • Leadership coaching, teaching and advising roles at Butler University
  • Municipal government experience in a large Michigan city
  • Leads key operational units for eGov including Finance
  • Oversees Support team and plays a hands-on role

Alan Pyrz - Chief Technology Officer 

  • Co-founder, with more than 18 years of award-winning e-government experience
  • Created one of the nation's first e-commerce solutions for Indy.Gov in 1998
  • Leads partnership w/ key systems aggregator for Child Support payments in 31 states
  • Oversees Development and PCI Level-1 compliance efforts

Ken Barlow - Chief Solutions Officer 

  • Co-Founder, with 20 years of award-winning e-government experience
  • Has presented on strategic e-government topics both in the US and internationally
  • Leads implementation of strategic payment projects  
  • Oversees Website Solutions and Team eGov initiatives
