Town of Hempstead E-Pay
In 2017, the Town of Hempstead, NY solicited an RFP for credit card and electronic check processing. The eGov response included an online solution for web and IVR payments and tools to facilitate electronic presentment and payment. The objective of the Town's Receiver of Taxes was to encourage the adoption of "paperless" billing in order to provide taxpayers with better service and reduce costs to the Department.
