Indianapolis, Indiana (October 29, 2010) - eGov Strategies, LLC, the makers of eGov ManagerTM  suite of software products, today became a preferred vendor for PageFreezerTM, a DotGov, Inc. product. DotGov, Inc., provides government agencies and companies a solution for website and social media archiving, regulatory compliance, e-discovery, and litigation support.

The new partnership brings another top level service opportunity to eGov Strategies clients. The PageFreezerTM product offers organizations a trusted, non-refutable way to archive website and social media content.  Compliant with public record laws and other document retention protocols and regulations, like FINRA, SOX, and SEC the service provides protection from liability claims against municipalities.

"Maintaining the integrity of dynamic municipal website and social media content by placing digital signatures and time stamping each archived record has shown to provide strong undisputable evidence in case of a legal claim, " said Alan Pyrz, Co-Owner of eGov Strategies. "With numerous cases of digital documentation not being accepted as evidence in cases such as Vinhnee vs. American Express, Lorraine vs. Markel American Insurance Company, Janssen-Ortho Inc. vs. Novopharm Limited, it is in the municipality's best interest to invest in an archiving system that uses digital signatures and timestamps on electronic files for maximum protection against liability claims."

PageFreezerTM is a cloud software product that complies with all major compliance standards while conforming to internal corporate governance policies.  Easy to operate with browse & search functionality of archives, entities can choose the data export file type such as HTML, PDF, TXT, Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, XML, CSS and even Flash which they prefer.

Providing customers with options, the PageFreezerTM edition archives are stored in PageFreezerTM SAS-70 compliant data center located in Texas.  Should an entity desire to self-store archives the PageFreezer On Demand Edition is also available.
This collaboration provides eGov Clients the opportunity to ensure organizational integrity. While mitigating risk of potentially expensive and lengthy law suits and provides website and social media archiving, regulatory compliance, e-discovery, and litigation support.
